Projects

Research work is focused on various research projects, including targeted research programs (TRP) and applied projects but less on basic projects. Research under TRP is focused and problem-oriented, with the aim of improving Slovenian competitiveness as a basis for successful national development. In the context of applied projects, original research is conducted with the aim of achieving original results, focused towards a specific application.

The Institute’s researchers are actively applying to various calls of the European Framework Programme for Research and Innovation 2014-2020 – “Horizon 2020”.
